JACKSON, SARA C age 86, of Trussville, went to be with her Lord on Monday, November 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Raymond Jackson. She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Jackson Warr (Kenneth) and Rachel Jackson Moore (Andrew); and grandchildren, Christopher Matthew Warr, Kathryn Elizabeth Warr, Sara Kayla Moore and William Blakely Moore. Sara was a public health nurse for the Jefferson County Department of Health for over 30 years where she served as Assistant Director of Public Health Nursing. She was an avid reader and was the top reader for her age group of the Summer Reading program at First Baptist Church of Trussville for many years. Above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 10-11 AM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with her service beginning at 11 with Bro. Bobby Erwin officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. >
