NEW ALBANY HILL, RUTH W. "BILLIE," 77, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Clark memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN. She was a native of Somerset, KY and was formerly employed by Ohio Bell, Pacific Bell and Douglas Aircraft. Billie was preceded in death by her sons Christopher and Daniel Hill; her parents, Thomas and Mary Goff; her sister, Artie Schindler; and her brother, Teddy Goff. Survivors include: daughter, Stephanie Knear ; sons, Paul K. Hill and Joseph Hill ; grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Andrea and Wesley Hill; great-grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah and Danté; sisters, Erlene Young, Rita York, MaryAnn Goff, Sharon Dought; and brothers, Floyd Goff, Charley Goff and Robert Goff. Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday August 8, 2009 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St. New Albany, IN.
