After a courageous battle, passed away peacefully at home (Kingston, ON) with the sun rising and the birds singing, Wednesday, September 7, 2005. Loving wife of Bill. Dear sister of Shirle y Adams (Ottawa), Karen (Murray) Lambden (Camrose, AB), and sister-in-law Roberta Goodwin (Sundre, AB). Predeceased by her parents Robert M. and Georgina E. Goodwin, brother Robert E. Goodwin, and brother-in-law Harry Adams. Dear mother to Mike (Su), Ron (Sandy), Jim (Mary), Bob (Roni), Maureen (Dave), Colleen (John), Wendy (Andy), and aunt to Honey. Precious Nana to Sam, Nicholas, Caroline, Eliza, Jackson, Ryan, Colin, Samantha, Carly, Luke, Jillian, Matthew, Kate, and Wendy and Andy's February arrival. Ruth will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, "in the west" cousins, and many friends. In keeping with Ruth's wishes, a private mass will be held.
