KENT, Ruth 1931 - 2015 . Passed away peacefully at Royal Columbian Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by son, Robert (Trish), daughters, Lorraine (Danny), Ruth and Cheryl (Bob); grandchildren, Juan (Tammy), Celina, Devin (Julie), Matthew (Cheryl), Nichola, Allan (Jenna), Brianna, Dustin (Sanae) and Christine; great grandchildren, Ethan, Connor, Grace, Ella, Charlie and Sienna. Ruth, Bob and family born in Liverpool, England, immigrated in 1967 and made their home in Port Moody, BC. We thank you Mom for the love, kindness, understanding and grace you gave us all and the many jobs you worked to make a better life for us. The gifts of your beautiful knitting, crocheting, sewing and the magic of fairies will live in us all forever. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26 at 10am at Burkeview Funeral Home, 1340 Dominion Avenue, Port Coquitlam. In lieu of flowers donations to the ALS Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
