MILLER, RUTH F., 87Ocala - Ruth F. Miller, 87, a retired Navy veteran, Selective Service Clerk, and retail sales associate, died Wednesday, September 22, 2010. A native of Oil City, PA, she moved to Ocala from Jacksonville in 1947. She was a member of Our Lady Of The Springs Catholic Church and former member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Ruth was extremely proud of her service in the US. Navy during WWII. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Buddy Miller and her son, Larry Miller. Survivors include her son, Mark Miller of Mt Dora, FL; daughters-in-law, Sheri Miller of Mt Dora and Carol Miller of Citra, FL; brother, Howard Fesemnyer of Bradford, PA; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral mass for Mrs. Miller will be on Monday, September 27th at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady Of The Springs Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Blessed Trinity Elder Care Center, 5 SE 17th St, Bldg L, Ocala, FL 34471.
