Ruth E. Peters, aged 93, a resident of Lake City Fl. died on March 26 due to respiratory failure. Ruth Peters is predeceased by husband Bernard Peters and son James Anthony Peters. She is survived by her granddaughter and grandson in-law Mr. and Mrs. Pascal Lanselle and their four children Olivia, Michael, Luc and Clara Lanselle.
