Ruth Alma Foster MOORE, SC-- Ruth Alma Foster, 87, of 244 Clarence Circle, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010. A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Grover Foster, Sr. and Lila Dandy Foster. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church, Woodruff, SC. Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl F. Bowens (Eddie) of Cane Ridge, TN; one son, Belton Antonio Foster (Charlyn) of Moore, SC; one sister, Mildred Peoples of St. Petersburg, FL; one nephew, William Rufus Foster of Woodruff, SC, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2010, at New Bethel Baptist Church, Woodruff, SC, conducted by Rev. Lawrence R. Meadows with burial in the church cemetery.
