Ruby Ladd Scott, 89, formerly of 578 Edwards Road, widow of Henry Lewis Scott, died November 10, 2009.A native of Union County, daughter of the late Bertha Litton Ladd, she was a retired employee of Capital City Mills and a member of Christian Heritage Church.Surviving are a daughter, Joy Aughtry of Cayce, S.C.; two sons, Robbie Scott of Anderson and Rev. J.B. Loving of Laurel Hill, N.C.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.Mrs. Scott was predeceased by two sons, Steven Lewis Scott and Woodrow Loving, Jr.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. J.B. Loving. Burial will follow in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at The Wood Mortuary.The families are at their respective homes.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Springfield Pentecostal Holiness Church, P.O.
