Ruby G. Johnson CANANDAIGUA - Ruby G. Johnson, age 84, of Phelps Street, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011, at F.F. Thompson Hospital. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Harriet "Billie" Johnson of Victor; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Lester and Edward Johnson. Ruby was born in Canandaigua and was the daughter of Ira and Mabel (DeLair) Johnson. She was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy, class of 1945. She was a lifelong resident of Canandaigua. Ruby was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Friends may call tomorrow (Wednesday), from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Her funeral service will immediately follow the calling hours at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Canandaigua.
