Ruby Elizabeth Brown, "Beth," 54, Swannanoa, N.C., passed away Monday, May 7, 2012, at the J. F. Keever Jr. Solace Center in Asheville, N.C.She was the daughter of the late Edward Griffin, of Muscle Shoals, Ala. She was a graduate of the class of 1975 Reynolds High School. A resident of Swannanoa for 12 years, she was a member of the Blue Ridge Mustang Club, of Asheville, N.C.Surviving Beth is her husband, Harry Brown; mother, Elese Griffin, of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; sons, William Sexton (Brandy), of Tuscumbia, Ala., and John Sexton (Amber), of Greer, S.C.; daughter, Addie Rolfs (Wayne), of Inman, S.C.; sister, Ann Stumpe (Lawrence), of Florence, Ala.; and four grandchildren.A memorial service will be at Penland Family Funeral Home chapel in Swannanoa at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2012, with the Rev.
