JOHNSON Roy A. a lifelong resident of Quincy died at home on Sunday February 14, 2010. He was working at Star Market in Quincy as a grocery receiver. Prior to working at Star Market he was a sub contractor and also formerly worked for the Bank of Boston. Among his interests, he loved watching the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics. He also enjoyed driving to the Cape and Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. He also served in the U.S. Navy. Beloved husband of the late Janice R. (Grasso) Johnson. Devoted father of Paul A. Johnson of Quincy. Brother in Law of Paul Grasso and his wife Dottie of Weymouth. Loving uncle of Nick, Chris and Kelly Grasso. A Memorial Mass will take place in Saint Joseph’s Church, 550 Washington Street, Quincy on Friday February 19, 2010 at 10:00 O’clock. Relatives and friends invited.
