ROTH-Edward Sr., of Old Bethpage, NY, peacefully on March 11, 2005, after a long courageous battle. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Edward Jr., Tina, Steven and Danalynn. Cherished grandfather of Edward III, Jason, Caitlin, Zachary, Erica, Jordan, Alexis and Timothy Jr. Edward graduated from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He went on to form several of his own businesses and corporations and became very successful. Ed was revered as an innovator in the field of satellite technology. Each endeavor was never viewed as an obstacle, but, rather, as a challenge. Edward and Barbara met in Brooklyn, NY, at the young ages of 14 and 15; it was love at first sight and kept going strong for 56 years. Friends and relatives may visit Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM, at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 655 Old Country Rd., Plainview, NY 11803. Funeral Mass, Monday 10 AM, St. Pius X R.C.
