Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 5th at the Robertson County Funeral Home, with Rev. Matt Tullos and Rev. Bill Overstreet officiating. Burial followed in Springfield Memorial Gardens, with Brent Head, Darrell West, Don West, Stanley West, Stevie West, Donnie Cook, Ricky West, Tim West and Freddie West serving as Pallbearers. Mrs. Lee was born in Robertson County, TN to the late Elvis W. and Lena Cook West. Her husband, Charles Lee; brothers, Fred West and Johnnie West, and sister, Geraldine Smith, also preceded her in death. She was a member of Bluegrass Baptist Church, attended the Challenge S.S. Class and she sang in the choir. She retired from Lifeway after 15 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and her grandchildren were the joy of her lifeSurviving her are her son, Charles Todd (Lisa) Lee of Hendersonville; daughter, Robin Lee (Brian) Edwards of Hendersonville; brother, Joe (Nancy) West of Lebanon; sisters, Phebia Head of Hendersonville and Robbie Jean (Dick) True of Cross Plains; grandchildren, Todd (Cierra) Edwards, Erica Edwards, Alex Edwards, Chandler Lee and Addyson Lee.The family request that if so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Bluegrass Baptist Church.
