MITCHELL, Rose In loving memory of Rose Mitchell of Edmonton who passed away peacefully on October 7, 2004 at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Elwin Mitchell; two daughters, Darlene (James) Johnman and Cheryl Mitchell, all of Edmonton; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Rowland of Edmonton and Alice (Bert) Nordin of Camrose. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Predeceased by her daughter, Marlene Wycott; two sisters and three brothers. Special thank you to Roses granddaughter, Dawn, Dr. Kaasa and staff at St. Joseph's Auxiliary Hospital. Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Monday, October 11 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue. Mass of the Resurrection Tuesday, October 12 at 1:30 p.m. at Annunciation Roman Catholic Church, 9420 - 163 Street with Reverend Michael Toner CSC officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
