BOUVIER-RUMOVICZ Rose G. Bouvier-Rumovicz, age 76, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 31, 2003, at Carolton Nursing Home in Fairfield, Rose was one of nine children of the late Wilfred and Mildred (Hubbell) Bouvier, and was born on April 8, 1926. She resided most of her life in Bridgeport, and was employed and retired from Drakes Bakery in Stratford. She enjoyed life with her family and friends and had a passion for the color pink, the casino and she loved to dance. Rose is survived by her devoted children, daughters Dale DeVellis, Elaine Hainsworth, Victoria Theobald, and sons Jesse Coutu and George Coutu, 12 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sister, Alaine Keiser, brothers, Milton Bouvier, Donald Bouvier, and Joseph Bouvier, and several nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by those she leaves behind. Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Wednesday (TODAY), April 2, 2003, 9:30 to 11 a.m. Her funeral will leave the funeral home at 11:00 a.m for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Patrick Church in Bridgeport. Burial will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
