ObituaryRose E. Jordan, 85, of North Fort Myers, died Thursday, May 10, 2001. A member of the First Church of the Nazarene and the Gideon Society, she resided here for the past twenty nine years formerly of Glen Burnie, Maryland. Mrs. Jordan is survived by two sons, Jack Jordan of North Fort Myers, Robert Jordan of Glen Burnie, Maryland, a daughter, Carolyn Bowers of Glen Burnie, Maryland, two brothers, Ira Ayers Woodstock, Maryland, Tom Ayers of LaFollette, Tennessee, three sisters, Mary Myers of LaFollette, Tennessee, Geneva Colingworth of LaFollette, Tennessee, Aileen Huckleby of Cincinnati, Ohio, eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted Monday, May 14, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at North Fort Myers Memorial Funeral Home, 3453 Hancock Bridge Parkway, with interment to follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, May 13, 2001 at the funeral home.
