Peterson, Rose B., 85, of Sunrise, FL died January 4, 2002. She was a resident of the area for over 25 years. She volunteered her time at North Ridge Hospital for over 21 years. She also served on the Hospital Scholarship Committee. She was a parishioner of the loving family of All Saints Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister. She was an award-winning bowler, and participated in many leagues at Don Carter Lanes. She is survived by her sons Ken (Josephine) Peterson of NH, and Dennis (Carol) Peterson of NY, her brother Cal (Jane) Casale of Bradenton, her sister-in-law Sr. Ann Peterson of the Sisters of the Good Shepard, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many loving friends, especially Irene Smith of Tamarac. Friends will be received on Monday at the TM Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston, 371 NW 136 Ave. from 2-4 and 6-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30 AM at All Saints Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
