Rosalie Jean Hyatt Rosalie Jean Hyatt, 67, who retired as a medical technologist and mircobiologist for Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Ga., died Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, at her home with her family. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Lou Hyatt. The service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Thursday at the Episcopal Church of the Advent.Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT Wednesday at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Road Chapel (850-893-4177). Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. She was born Feb. 12, 1939, in LaBelle, Pa. She was an active member of Church of the Advent since she moved to Tallahassee.Survivors include a brother, Paul Basil (and wife Louise) of Kalamazoo, Mich.; four children, Paul Hyatt (and wife Marianna Tutwiler), Jeffrey Hyatt (and wife Susan), Janet Roach (and husband Andy) and Cheryl Hyatt; her much loved grandchildren, Juliana Hyatt, Harrison Hyatt, Sawyer Hyatt and Phoebe Roach; her mother-in-law, Virginia Hyatt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews by whom she will be greatly missed.
