Rosa Lee Thompson Rosa Lee Thompson, 82, a day-care center owner, died Monday, December 10, 2007. The service will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday, December 15, at New Zion Primitive Baptist Church, 3845 Miccosukee Rd., with burial at Clifford Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at 6 p.m. EST Friday, December 14, at 2603 Mahan Drive.Survivors include four sons, John Thompson Jr. of New York and Lee Rogers Thompson, Douglas Thompson, and Beigler Thompson (Sandra), all of Tallahassee; three daughters, Bonnie Thompson Huggins of Cairo, Ga., and Janice Melodee Thompson, and Althea Lynn Allen, both of Tallahassee, Fla.; brother, Howard Houston of Savannah, Ga.; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
