JOHNSON Rosa Lee Smith Johnson, 86, of Jacksonville, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 16, 2010 in Farmville, Virginia. Born in Wilmington, NC on August 24, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Gracie Smith. She was married to the late and beloved Raymond Morton Johnson. Rosa Lee was a long time member of South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church and worked for CSX Railroad for 42 years prior to retirement. She is survived by her daughter, Priscilla Johnson Gannicott, son-in-law Geoff Gannicott and two grandsons, Brandon and Trevor, all of Evergreen, VA, and her son, Raymond Wayne Johnson, of Orange City, FL. In addition to family, she is survived by many dear friends who loved her as her family did. A funeral service will be conducted at 10am Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Greenlawn Chapel, 4300 Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL with Dr. Vincent Kolb officiating.
