JONES Rosa Lee Jones the daughter of the late Marriah McBride Goodman & Alex Andrews was born June 04, 1929 in Holmes Chapel, Homerville, Georgia. She attended local schools in Georgia. She accepted Christ in her life and was baptized. She became a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church under the pastoral leadership of Dr. John Guns. On Thursday, November 20, 2003, Rosa Lee Jones was called home to be with the Lord. She leaves to mourn her demise; Husband, Cleo Jones; children, Edna Brown and Shelia Wheaton; brothers, Roosevelt Andrews and Alvin Andrews; sisters, Retha Davis and Dollie Tucker; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends, a devoted friend, John Watson. Funeral Service will be held SATURDAY at 11:00 a.m. at her Church. Rosa will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends on Friday from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and in the Church on Saturday from 9:30a.m. until the hour of service. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery.
