Rosa Dawson Hampel White, 46, of Sheffield, died Sunday, April 4, 2004. Visitation will be 6 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be Wednesday, April 7, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with burial in Old Bethel Cemetery.Officiating at the funeral will be Brother Jack Coons.She was a native of Colbert County.She is survived by two daughters, Jessica D. Hampel, Muscle Shoals, Amy C. White, Rogersville; mother, Fannie L. Dawson, Sheffield; four sisters, Annie L. and husband, Buddy Coons, Tuscumbia, Brenda J. Dawson, Killen, Donna F. Dawson, Muscle Shoals, Sherry E. Dawson, Tuscumbia; one brother, Donald She was preceded in death by Orville Butch Hampel Jr.; father, Donald Dawson; grandparents, Birdie Carter and Julia Dawson.Pallbearers will include Anthony Richey, Chris Moore, Donny Coons, Damon Nichols, Stevie Hampel and Ricky Isbell. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Hodges, Jason Grissom, Tyler Grissom, Codey Nichols, Nickie Nichols and Nickie Grissom.She was a member of Full Gospel Assembly of Christ Church of Tuscumbia.The family would like to express their gratitude to Good Samaritan Hospice, Dr. Collins, Dr. Holden, members of Full Gospel Assembly of Christ Church and friends of the family.
