YOUNG, Ronald Murray 62 years. Passed away suddenly November 13, 2007, doing one of the things he loved best, helping take care of Girl Guides of Canada, Camp Bryerswood. Beloved husband, best friend and soul mate of Marilyn Sue (nee St. Aubin), treasured father of Scott and Johanna (nee McKay), Kathy and Chris Wood, Christina and Steve Dixon. Adored "Grandpa Duck" to Julia Young and Matthew Wood. Brother to Bob and Wanda Young. Brother-in-law to John and Lucia St. Aubin. Uncle of Kevin, Brenda Young and Sherry (Greg Spencer), Will, Katie, Elizabeth, Emily and Laura St. Aubin. Son of the late Hugh and Rhoda Young. Ron was employed at G & K Services for 29 years before retirement. He loved doing renovations, being a handyman and working at Camp Bryerswood. For 10 years he was Captain Tuffy, organizing and driving the Freedom Festival's popular inflatable tugboat in Essex County events. Visitation will be at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME LTD. 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, November 16th from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, November 17th, Ron will rest at Parish of the Atonement (2940 Forest Glade Dr.) from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass celebrating his wonderful full life at 10 am. Interment to follow at Annunciation Cemetery (Stoney Pointe). Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Camp Bryerswood would be appreciated by the family.
