YOUNG, RonaldSeptember 26, 1931 - December 27, 2016It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Young at the age of 85 years on December 27, 2016. He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Cecilia Young (June 2016). Survived by his sister Leona (John) Siem; brother Anthony (Linda); children Ray Young, Vivian Ramos (Paul), Tia Young (David Vandenborn), Rico Young (Yoko Kai), Roy Young. A proud Opa to his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ronald touched the lives of so many people with his outgoing charisma and charm. An absolute gentleman with an infectious personality. Thank you to the staff at St. Michael''s Care Centre for the hospitality and support they provided to Ronald in the past few months. Prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2016, where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at St. Francis de Sales Parish, 6610 Balmoral Street, Burnaby.
