Mr. Ronald T. Wall, age 69, of Winder, died Sunday, September 21, 2014. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Having retired from UGA after 30 years of employment, Ronald was a local painting & roofing contractor. He was a member of Union Baptist Church. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents I.T. 'Spud' and Faye Wall. He is survived by: his wife of 49 years, Gloria M. Wall of Winder; his daughters, Tamara 'Tami' & Michael Bolden of Bethlehem, Karen & Kerry Walker of Demorest; three grandchildren, Courtney Bolden, Eli and Ana Walker; sisters, Ann & Tim Ash, of Toccoa, Donna & Mark Frost of Winder; brothers, Gary & Mary Frances Wall, Eddie & Elaine Wall, all of Winder. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, September 23, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 24 at Union Baptist Church with Pastor David Cook and Pastor Kerry Walker officiating. The interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Baptist Church, 527 Union Church Road, Winder, GA 30680.Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
