CHARTRAND, "Ron" Ronald In loving memory of Ronald "Ron" Chartrand, 66 years, of Garson, who passed away Tuesday August 9th, 2005 at his residence. Beloved husband of Irene (Lengyel) Chartrand of Garson. Loving father of Joanne Vaughn (husband Farrell) and Sandra Ferguson both of B.C. Dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren. Cherished son of Ephreme and Marguerite (Bertrand) Chartrand predeceased. Loving brother of Doreen Lacoste (husband Ed) of Markstay, Fred of Kelowna, B.C., Allan (wife Sharon) and Diane Constantineau (husband Clifford) both of Markstay, Betty-Anne Sauve (husband Louis) of Edmonton, Barbara Bibeau (husband Severe) of Worthington, Stella Legault (husband Laurent) of Sudbury, Lorraine Boisvert (husband Maurice) of Wanup, Peggy (friend Caroline) of Delhi, David (wife Johanne) of Sudbury, Mary Ritchie (husband Robert) of Fort McMurray, Joseph (wife Sharon) of Windsor and Elsie Lombardo of Essex. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Ron was born in Sudbury. A millwright by trade, Ron owned and operated L. & R. Rebuilders for 30 years. A keen outdoorsman, Ron had many interests which included hunting, four wheeling, snowmobiling and ice fishing. He enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool and strumming the guitar. He also enjoyed country & western music and bluegrass music. Ron found great joy and fun at gatherings of family and friends. Always on the move and never idle, Ron will be remembered as a very outgoing and sociable man who loved life and lived it to the fullest. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Barnard chapel on Friday August 12th, 2005 at 11 a.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
