CASEY, Robert William, 83, of The Villages, Fla., died Tuesday, April 25, 2006. Mr. Casey retired as an executive with Consumer's Energy in Jackson, Mich., after 28 years of service. He was born in Detroit, Mich. and moved to The Villages from Sun City in 2003. He was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church in The Villages. He was also a member of the Lions Club and the Kiwanis Club. He was active with the Boy Scouts, little league and was past president of the homeowner's association in Michigan. Mr. Casey was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. A celebration of life was held Friday, April 28, 2006, at the Glenview Country Club, The Villages, Fla. Memorial contributions may be made to alzheimers or the American Heart Association. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Virginia A. Casey of The Villages; son, Timothy M. Casey (Karen) of Concordia, Mich.; daughters, Sandra C. Johnson (Andrew) of Quinton, Va. and Robbin C. Stuart of Jackson, Miss.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
