CHELMSFORD - Robert W. Finn, 43, a Chelmsford resident, died Tuesday, June 29, at Lowell General Hospital.He was born in Lowell, on May 31, 1961, a son of Janice (Gillan) Finn of Chelmsford, and John T. Finn Jr., who died in June 2003.Mr. Finn served in the Army from 1979 to 1984, attaining the rank of specialist.He worked as a paving laborer for J.P. Albert & Co. Besides his mother, survivors include a brother, John B. Finn of Hudson; a sister and brother-in-law, Janice L. Long and her husband, Jeffrey, of Marlboro; three nieces and nephews, Jeffrey D., Jessica, and Brendan M. Long, all of Marlboro; and an uncle, Robert A. Finn of Northboro.
