Robert V. Parker, 64, Bradenton, died Sept. 17, 2003. He was born July 9, 1939, in Kokomo, Ind., and came to Dunellon in 1995 from there. He moved to Bradenton four months ago. He retired after more than 30 years as a tool and die maker at Chrysler in Kokomo. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Sons of the American Legion. Survivors include his companion, Cynthia Alonge of Bradenton; daughters Mary F. Pearson of Topeka, Kan., and Sandra Oldfield and Carol, both of Kokomo; sons Richard and Robert, both of Anderson, Ind.; a half sister, Anne Parker Vargas of Florida; a half brother, Frederick of Florida; and six grandchildren. The services will be private for the family. Shannon Funeral Home, Westview Chapel, is in charge.
