Robert Thomas Taff II, 36, died April 16, 2008, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. He was born in St. Louis and lived in Fort Pierce for many years. He attended Fort Pierce Central High School. He worked for Service Merchandise for 10 years as a diamond and gold consultant. Survivors include mother, Connie Taff of Fort Pierce; sisters, Cheryl Abney, of St. Louis and Jeanne Newman of Fort Pierce; and brother, Douglas Bales of St. Louis. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Taff; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Blanche Taff; and maternal grandparents, William and Dorothy Sanders. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. April 20 at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce.
