STEDMAN, Robert Arthur "Art"Peacefully, surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 at the age of 83. Survived by his loving son Bruce and daughter-in-law Jennifer MacLeod, and Brian and partner Marianne Vessel, and grandchildren Devon and Morgan. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Margaret Stedman and parents Ira and Carrie Stedman. Art was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, his priority in life was first and foremost his family. He also cherished his close life long friends. Art will be dearly missed and remembered for his selflessness and his quiet, loving presence. Friends are invited to visit the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road), on Saturday, March 10th from 1 p.m until time of Service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. The family is grateful to all those that have touched his life in so many special ways. In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation can do so to a charity of their choice.
