Robert S. Wild, 95, of Syracuse passed away on Thursday. Bob was a native and life resident of Syracuse. He retired after many years of employment with Prestolite and was a member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge, #501 for 58 years. Family was his greatest joy and Bob cherished times spent with them. His wife, of 64 years, Evelyn and his daughter, Phyllis Stanton had predeceased him. Survivors include his son, Robert W. (Liz); his daughter, Diane (Michael) Moore; his 10 grandchildren, 22 .5 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be Monday 6 to 8 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 1700 Butternut St., Syracuse.
