PARKER Robert John (Bob). Born in Castor, AB on July 11, 1923. Passed away August 21, 2004, in Victoria BC. A life member of the Masonic Lodge, the Ancient & Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, and Past Potentate of Wawa Shrine Temple. He served asan Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force, and was President of Wascana Office Equipment until his retirement to Victoria in 1985. During his years, he was a member of many other organizations, past President of the Executive Association of Regina, member of Regina & Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, Assiniboia Club, life member of the International Past Potentates Association and a life member of the Burma Star Association. Loving husband of Marie, a caring father of two children, Robert Lance (Donna) of Victoria and Kathryn Eva Phillips (Larry), also of Victoria. He is survived by five grandchildren, Robert (Alana), Donald (Angela), Michelle (Bob), Christine and Amy Lee and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2004 at 2:00 pm at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1155 Fort Street, Victoria, Hewitt Helmsing officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shrine Hospital for Children c/o Wawa Shrine Temple 2065 Hamilton Street, Regina, SK S4P 2E1.
