JOHNSON, Robert LeeRobert Lee Johnson "Bee Jay", of Jupiter, Florida, passed away on November 10, 2014. Bee Jay was born December 26, 1930 in Jackson Heights, Long Island, New York. After graduating from Cornell University and serving in the Air Force, he worked his way up to a senior executive position with Mobil Oil which took him all over the world with long periods living in the Philippines, Singapore and Japan. His knowledge of the world, cultures, food, and languages was truly extraordinary. In his spare time, he loved to play golf, go fishing and go to the horse races. He enjoyed going out to dinner and small dinner parties at home. He loved animals and especially loved his many Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds he had during his married life. Bee Jay will be remembered for his organization, his planning skills, his leadership talents, his stories and his good sense of humor. Bob loved his family and taking care of them was his primary objective. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 42 years, Liliana Johnson; his daughters, Lynda Johnson and Corinne Vance; his son, Wayne Johnson; his grandchildren, Lauren Johnson, Hannah Schuchmann, and Hans Schuchmann; his great-grandson, "Tripp" McCarthy; his step-sons, Robert Bryan Dye and Kenneth Dye; and his many friends. It was Bob's wish to be cremated and to only have a mass said for him at St. Peter's Catholic Church and St. Jude's Catholic Church, which he attended and supported regularly until unable to do so.
