Robert Lee Johnson March 21, 1939- July 2, 2014 Columbus, GA- Robert Lee Johnson 75, of 2921 Urban Avenue, Columbus passed Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the Midtown Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Rose Hill Chapel of Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service, 2919 Hamilton Road with Rev. Eric Seldon officiating. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery according to Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC. Visitation will be today, Friday July 11, 2014 from 1:00PM-7:00PM at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson was born March 21, 1939 in Upatoi, GA son of the late J.W. and Daisy Hollis Johnson. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a self employed contractor. Robert leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Brenda J.(Leon)Berk, Columbus, GA; two sons, Robert A. Johnson(Tracy Culpepper)Ellerslie, GA and Gerry W. Johnson, Milledgeville, GA; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; flour brothers, James Alfred(Elaine), Phenix Cityy, AL, Joe F. Johnson, Charlie D. (Vicky)Johnson and Lonnie C. Johnson all of Columbus, GA; six sisters, Loretta Williams, Lizzie(Willie)Hunter, Ella m. Benton, Annie(Jordan)Chilsom, Verna Golden and Carolyn(Lindsay)Miller all of Columbus, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends
