1952-2014 CLINTON - Robert Lee Anderson, 61, of Clinton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 8, 2014. Bob was born in Clinton on December 20, 1952, the son of the late Forrest L. and Christine E. (Dixon) Anderson. He graduated from Lawrence High School in Fairfield, class of 1971, and from New Brunswick Bible Institute in Victoria, New Brunswick, Canada. Following his graduation, Bob moved to Baileyville and was employed by Georgia Pacific. He moved back home to Clinton in 2002. Bob was an active member of Clinton Baptist Church for many years. He loved and cared for all types of animals, especially exotic animals. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his loving sister, Beverly Clark; his stepsister, Shirley D'Eufemia; and two special, loving aunts, Mildred Faulkner and Hester Dixon. Bob will be sadly missed by his nephews, Randy Clark II. Logan Clark, Joe D'Eufemia, and Justin Baird; her stepsisters, Betty Bartlett, Sally Gerrish, Elsie Hillman, Mary Dixon, and Marjorie McLellan; his stepbrother, George Campbell; and two very special cousins, Cathy "Bossy" Baird and Tina Vashon. Bob touched the lives of many people and will be greatly missed for his sense of humor and his loving heart by everyone who knew him. Services will be held at a later date with burial at Greenlawn Rest Cemetery in Clinton. An online guest book may be signed and memories shared at www.lawrybrothers.com.
