Johnson, Robert L. ALBANY Robert L. Johnson entered into eternal rest on March 23, 2008. He was born on August 12, 1953 in Johnstown, Pa. to the late Mary and Joseph Johnson. He relocated to Albany as a youth and accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Albany Public Schools and was employed at the V.A. Hospital for many years. He leaves to cherish his memory three children, Sean, Monique and Amanda; eight grandchildren, Jerome, Marshay, Marquis, Keasha, Macaila, Shalin, Zavion and Jayden; one sister, Patricia Johnson; three brothers, Richard John and James Thompson, all of Albany, N.Y., and Samuel Cade (Earlene) of Johnstown; good friend, Alvin Harmon. He was predeceased by three brothers, Jessie, Perlie and Leroy Cade. Funeral services will be held at the Star of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 513 Clinton Avenue, Albany on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Viewing will be from 9-11 a.m. The family will receive callers at the church following interment in Graceland Cemetery.
