JOHNSON, Robert Douglas Major (Ret.) Robert Douglas Johnson known to all as Bob Johnson passed away quietly at his home October 22, 2002. Bob served in the military for 27 years and then went on to pursue a similar career in his civilian life. Bob lives on through his loving wife and best friend, Wendy Dawn; his three children, Kaaren, David and Erik; and other kids, Dave and Tracey; and his very special buddy and grandson, Kristian Alexander. Bob will be missed by his brothers, Leslie and Paul; and his sister, Christine; and their spouses, Dean, Ev and Rolf. He was Uncle Bob to Michael, Kevin, Matthew, Scott, Bryce, Nicole, Samantha, Jennifer, Lauren, Duncan, David, and great-niece, Melody. His in-laws, Kay and Dennis Gleed, David and Dee Gleed and Lisa and Jim McNeill will also miss him. He touched so many and has left us too soon. He will be greatly missed by all those who shared in his life, love and laughter as well as his unique and unusual view of the world. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 26th at The Holy Trinity Anglican Church at 4:00 p.m., 10037 - 84 Avenue, Edmonton.
