JONES, ROBERT J. "BOB", 77Ocala - Mr. Robert J. "Bob" Jones, 77, passed away October 25, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Barboursville, W VA and moved to Ocala in 1984 from Proctorsville, OH. He was a US Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed working on cars, chainsaw sculpturing, playing pool and was an avid Gators fan. He was a lifetime member of VFW Post #4209. Bob is survived by Anna P. Jones, his wife of 55 years, sons Robert Charles (Joanne) Jones of Pottsville, PA, Joseph (Anita) Jones of Crestview, FL, daughters Anna Lee (Jeffrey) Moore of Oklahoma City, OK, Deborah Marie (Austin) Hogan of Tellico Plains, TN, Patricia Mae (Joseph) Kerber of Asheville, NC., and 7 grandchildren. Donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County. A memorial service will be held at a later date. ROBERTS FUNERAL HOMES DOWNTOWN CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements.
