Robert J. Dale of Binghamton Robert J. Dale, 63, of Binghamton, died Wednesday morning, August 29, 2007, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, Anne and Joseph Dale. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and John Drankoski, Alpharetta, Ga., Theresa and William Brothers, Cumming, Ga.; three grandchildren, Brooke and Matthew Drankoski, Nathan Brothers; a sister, Sharon Keagle, Huntsville, Ala.; two nephews, Jeffrey and Scott Keagle; a very special friend, Kathy Bergin. Bob was a retired Captain with the Binghamton Fire Department, retiring after 23 years of service. He was an avid sportsman and President of Quail Unlimited. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. John the Evangelist Church, Binghamton, Friday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. Arrangements are by the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Bob may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 356 N. Midler Ave., Syracuse, N.Y. 13206.
