Robert Elliott, 48, of Uxbridge passed away Friday Jan. 4, 2013 at home. He was a resident of Uxbridge for the past several years and had worked at Hannaford Supermarket in Uxbridge. Previously, he had worked at Shaw's and Stop-n-Shop Supermarkets in Milford. He was born in Boston in 1964 the son of the late Michael R. Elliott who passed away in October 2012 and Margaret A. (Ross) Elliott of Mendon and was a graduate of Joseph Keefe Vocational Technical High School in Framingham. Robert loved to socialize and enjoyed time spent with family and friends - especially those at Centennial Ct. in Uxbridge. He also liked walking and biking. In addition to his mother Margaret, he is survived by his siblings Marie Dunlavey of RI, Michael C. Elliott of RI, and John "Jack" Elliott of Uxbridge, and 3 nephews John Elliott, Jacob Elliott and Ryan Dunlavey. Funeral services will be Thursday Jan. 10, 2013 at 10 AM from the BUMA FUNERAL HOME, 101 N. Main St., Rte. 122, Uxbridge followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Good Shepherd Church, 121 Linwood Street, Linwood. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Uxbridge. Visiting hours will be Wed. Jan. 9, 2013 from 4 - 7 PM in the funeral home.
