NORTHPORT Robert Dale Sullivan, age 57, of Northport, died Feb. 18, 2007 at home. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Tabernacle Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Arlis Barksdale and Rev. Jerry Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Sullivan.Survivors include his daughters, LeAnn Stafford and Tammy Sullivan; sons, Joey Sullivan (Tammy Gail) and William Timothy Sullivan; sisters, Charlotte Phillips (Edwin) and Bobbie Robertson (Shane); brother, Jerry Sullivan (Sue); mother, Melba Jean Breland (Wallace); grandchildren, Bailey, Clint, Sara, Clay, Kassidy and Cade; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Deull Traweek, Anthony Howell, Mark Guin, Marty Sullivan, Scotty Brown, Keith Henry and Carlos Acker.Honorary pallbearers are Danny Malone, Jack Sullivan, Wayland Sullivan, Alvin Hagler and Amos Aldredge.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tabernacle Freewill Baptist Church.
