NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Robert Arthur Johnson, 85, of Country Club Hill Drive, entered into rest September 15, 2005 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Mealing Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Dyson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Johnson, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Mealing Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Mary Jane Johnson, North Augusta; a brother, William Johnson, Augusta; two devoted nieces, Mattie E. (Charles) Samuels and Cathy Hammond; other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the residence of Mattie (Charles) Samuels, 2882 Country Club Hill Drive, North Augusta, or after 1:00 p.m. today at the funeral home. G.L.
