ROBERT ARRINGTON MERRITT ISLAND Robert (Bob) Arrington passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2007. He moved to Merritt Island in 1986, retiring after 32 years in the US Navy as a CW04, and worked for Johnson Controls as a Pad Safety Supervisor at Cape Canaveral A.F. Station. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 38 years. He is survived by three sons, Walter Bostater of San Diego, CA. Timothy Bostater of Port St. John, FL and Richard Arrington of Titusville, FL; six grand- children, Walter and Elizabeth Bostater of San Diego, CA. Kendell and Haley Popeck of Port St John, FL, Taylor and Tyler Arrington of Titusville, FL. He loved to fish and was a loving father and friend to all who knew him and will be truly missed. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 28, 2007 from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by funeral services at 11 a.m., at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Flori da Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
