Rita Mary Rogers (Seberger) (nee Krieter) Griffith/Schererville/Lowell/Crown Point Rita Mary Seberger Rogers (nee Krieter), age 85, of Griffith, Schererville, Lowell, and Crown Point, IN, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2004 at the Chicagoland Christian Village. She is survived by two daug(Shters, Maryanna (Jim) Raby of Lowell and Nancy (Leonard) Abraham of Crown Point; one step-son: Floyd (MaryLee) Rogers of Crystal Lake, IL; five granddaughters: Angela Geier, Julie Ratliff, Christine and Elizabeth Abraham and Rae Ann Hunt; three step-grandchildren: Andrew, Jennifer and Brett Rogers; four great-grandchildren: Christopher, James, Noah and Anna; four sisters; Catherine Krieter, Mary Ann (Eugene) King, Cel Kendera and Teresa Akey; two brothers: Albert (Pat) Krieter and Jerry (Joan) Krieter; sisters-in-law Nadine and Barbara Krieter; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands Ralph Seberger and Floyd Rogers, two sons John and Paul Seberger, step-son Dellwood Rogers, two brothers, Francis and Jacob Krieter, and two sisters, Sr. Mary Andrea and Agnes Krieter. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at Geisen Funeral Home, Crown Point, and 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Crown Point, with Fr. Pat Kalich officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville. Friends may call at the Geisen Funeral Home, 109 N. East St., Crown Point on Monday, February 23rd from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. Rita was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Memorials may be given to Fr. Blaney's Share Foundation and The Gabriel Unit at Chicagoland Christian Village.
