Devoted grandmother (Nana) of Christopher, Joseph, Matthew, Michael and Eric. Dear sister of Eileen O'Brien and the late Joseph Phelan. She was the secretary for Our Lady of Mercy Church, Bronx and Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Fleetwood for many years and a devoted volunteer at Lawrence Hospital. Her loving care and generosity will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Calling hours at The Fred H.
