LEMIEUX-SHEA, Rita. 1927-2008. Died peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2008 in Montreal at the age of eighty-one. Daughter of Catherine (Tolland) and Alphonse. Rita was predeceased by her beloved husband John Andrew Shea and by her brothers John-Paul and Paul-Alphonse. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Marie, Marcelle, Florence, Helen and Catherine and by her brothers Raymond, Gerald and Pierre and their spouses. She will be especially missed by many dear nieces and nephews with whom she had a very warm, generous and caring bond, her relatives and friends. Rita was a retired teacher and pedagogical consultant for the Montreal Catholic School Commission. Resting at on Wednesday, November 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. A light meal with be served during the visitation. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 10 a.m. in La Chapelle de l'Eglise Notre-Dame-de-Grace, 5333 avenue Notre-Dame-de-Grace, Montreal.
