RIGGINS Dorothy Hardin Riggins, age 81, passed away August 2, 2004 at home after a short illness. She was a loving mother and friend. She is survived by daughters, Sharon Loy and Joyce Sanford; 4 granddaughters, Amanda Dennison, Chandra Ingram, Bree Sanford and Alana Brookman and 4 great-grandchildren. She retired from Blue Cross & Blue Shield in 1983. She was an avid Jaguars fan, enjoyed Yatzee, loved spending time with family and friends and will be dearly missed by all.
