LEBANON SMITH, RICHARD LEE "STRIKE," 79, died Friday, July 28, 2006. Survivors include his wife, Laura Etta Whitlock Smith; two sons, Dr. Bob Smith (Margaret) of Lebanon, KY, and Dr. Ben Smith (Lyle) of Springfield, KY; three daughters, Carol Farmer (Tracy) of Midway, KY, Janie McQueen (Bob) of Louisville, and Laurie Maggard (Paul) of Atlanta, GA; brother, Frank Page Smith, and sister, Frances Faulkner, both of Campbellsville, KY; and 13 grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Visitation: 4-9 p.m. Sunday at Bosley Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Augustine School Fund.
