Born in Syracuse, he moved to The Villages, FL, from Fayetteville, NY in 1993. He was a member of North Lake Presbyterian Church, Lady Lake, FL; he attended Syracuse University, Cornell & University of Missouri; he was a volunteer for Operation Homebound and Food Pantry; he was a lifetime elder of N.Lake Presbyterian Church, Lady Lake, FL. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. Survivors: his wife Winnie Harrington, The Villages, FL; daughter Lisa Ann Ryan (Michael), Liverpool, NY; son Todd A. Harrington (Laura), Cazenovia, NY; five grandchildren, Jenna Ryan, David Ryan, Chase Ryan, Zachary Ryan, and Will Harrington. He was predeceased by his son David Harrington in 1982. Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Friday, February 28, at North Lake Presbyterian Church, Lady Lake, FL with Dr. Lee Leeder officiating.
